- No Refunds After Accessing the Assessment
Due to the digital nature of the Neuro Agility Profile (NAP) Assessment, we do not offer refunds once the assessment has been accessed or the results have been generated. This is because the assessment provides immediate value and personalized insights that cannot be revoked. - Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
If you purchased the assessment but have not accessed it, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.
If you were charged in error or experienced a duplicate transaction, please contact us for assistance.
If there is a technical issue preventing access to the assessment, we will work to resolve the problem. If we are unable to provide a solution, a refund may be considered.

Date of purchase and transaction details.
