Welcome to Phuti Mpelo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Neuro Agility Profile (NAP) Assessment and related services. By purchasing or accessing the assessment, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms
   This assessment is for personal and professional development and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
2. Payment & Access
   Full payment is required before access to the assessment is granted.
   Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access details via email.
   If payment fails or is reversed, access to the assessment will be revoked.
3. No Refunds After Access
   Due to the digital nature of the assessment, refunds are not available once it has been accessed.
   If you experience a technical issue preventing access, we will work to resolve it. If a solution is not possible, we may consider a refund (see our Refund Policy for more details).
4. Personal Use & Restrictions
   The NAP Assessment and related content are for your personal use only. You may not:
   Share, resell, or distribute your assessment results.
   Copy, modify, or reproduce any content from the assessment.
   Use the assessment for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Coaching & Results Disclaimer
   The assessment and coaching session provide insights to help improve cognitive performance and leadership effectiveness.
   Results may vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and implementation.
   We do not guarantee specific outcomes, business growth, or financial success.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
   We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   Your assessment results will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
   We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store sensitive payment information.
7. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the assessment.
   Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the assessment.
